Secure the Packaging
Place the unused fragrance in its original luxury coffret and outer box, ensuring it is securely packed in the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it remains in saleable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
